Emotion Soup ("we," "our," "us") is a family-friendly emotional-learning app. We respect your privacy and comply with children’s privacy laws, including COPPA in the U.S.

Information We Collect

• Parent/Guardian Email (optional): If a parent creates an account to sync progress and manage a subscription.
• In-App Progress: Stickers, favorites, activity history. For child users, this is stored on-device and/or linked to a parent account if provided.
• Purchases: Managed by Apple/Google. We do not receive your full payment details.
• Diagnostics (optional): Crash and performance data to improve reliability. Not used for tracking or advertising.

We do not collect precise location, address book, photos, microphone, or camera data unless you explicitly enable a feature that needs it, and then we will ask first.

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve app features
• Sync progress across devices when a parent account is used
• Manage purchases and subscriptions
• Respond to support requests and ensure safety and stability

What We Don’t Do

• No third-party ads
• No tracking of children across apps or websites
• No selling or sharing of personal information for marketing

Children’s Privacy

Children can use the app without sharing personal information. External links, purchases, and account features are protected behind a parental gate. If you believe a child provided personal information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
